In addition to the basics, our plan provides special coverage for professional services like acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy and more. We also recognize that each employee is unique and their benefit program should provide some flexibility for that, so employees receive an annual 'slush' fund that can be applied to any benefit where the cost exceeds the plans limit.
