Like any good employer, we have a great benefits program that provides health, optical and dental coverage. In addition to the basics, our plan provides special coverage for professional services like acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy and more. We also recognize that each employee is unique and their benefit program should provide some flexibility for that, so employees receive an annual ‘slush’ fund that can be applied to any benefit where the cost exceeds the plans limit.

Life, accidental death and long term disability insurance are part of the Next Level benefits program, with additional coverage available through our benefits provider.
